The UHN is working with Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine to survey tribal citizens to assess the impacts of COVID-19 within our tribal community.
The first 300 (eligible) people to respond, will receive a $10 gift card for your time and assistance with gathering this important information. The total time needed to complete should be no more than 15 minutes.
