There is one week left to register to vote before the Principal Chief Election! The Voter Registration Deadline is Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
In order to vote in the Principal Chief Election, enrolled UHN citizens who are 18 years of age and older must be registered to vote in tribal elections. A voter registration application may be picked up at the Tribal Office, temporarily located at 187 Corporate Drive in Houma. Once the application is completed, it must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Tribal Office by close of day on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
