HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE: Join the UHN RISING Project Delphi Panel

HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE: Join the UHN RISING Project Delphi Panel!

WHAT’S THE DELPHI PROCESS?
To ensure the UHN RISING Project reflects the best insights from across our community and from allied experts, we are using a Delphi process—a structured, anonymous way to gather, refine, and build consensus on key priorities—to help evaluate each phase.
– Your responses are confidential and not attributed to you by name.
– You’ll have a chance to reflect on group feedback in later rounds.

– We’re working toward shared priorities—but disagreement is welcome too.

WHY PARTICIPATE?
– Elevate Your Voice: Ensure the UHN RISING Project reflects diverse perspectives and grounded experience.
– Collaborate with Purpose: Be part of a respected, inclusive process that values community knowledge as much as technical expertise.
– Flexible and Respectful: Participate on your own schedule. Contributions are anonymous and can be made via in person interviews or online surveys or phone calls.

– Make a Real Impact: Your input will help shape a plan that directly affects the well-being of the Houma Nation and future generations.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

You’ll be asked to participate in a 1:1 interview with a member of the Evaluation Team, either in person or over the phone, depending on your preference. This interview will take approximately 1.5 hours and will be scheduled to your availability. In this interview, we’ll collect information about what you think a successful project would look like.

The Evaluation Team will then compile the conclusions from everyone’s interviews and create a short series of questions or surveys (approx. 1–4 rounds total) to confirm and expand on those conclusions. Each round builds on the one before, as we move toward shared understanding and consensus. The total time commitment is around 7 hours over the course of a year and 2-3 hours each subsequent year the RISING Project is going.
