On Tuesday, April 30th, the Terrebonne Parish North Branch Library is hosting a free expungement clinic for anyone needing assistance with an expungement. UHN General Counsel Michael Billiot will be present from 8:30am to 10:30am to personally assist any tribal citizen or veteran with expungement issues and to answer related questions.
