After months of special meeting notices and campaigning, today’s tentative election results for Tribal Council District 2 has resulted in the tentative selection of a winner. Clarice Molinere Friloux of Grand Bois will be certified by the weekend as the victor should there be no contest by other candidates. Congratulations to Ms. Friloux and thank you to the Ms. Joan Dardar Brunet and Ms. Elsie LeBlanc for giving the voters a choice in their future leadership.
