After consulting with Public Health Officials the UHN Tribal Council has agreed to postpone the 5K Run/Walk scheduled for Saturday, March 21st and the Celebrating ABILITIES Powwow scheduled for March 21-22. Additionally, the March 14 Tribal Council Meeting has been cancelled. The precautions are to help with limiting exposure of the virus within our tribal communities that places our most valuable assets at highest risk – our elders.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will share more as it becomes available.
