New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Fest

The United Houma Nation has maintained a food booth at the festival located in the LA Folklife area. The booth features shrimp macque choux, fry bread and Indian tacos and is manned by a corps of volunteer workers. The proceeds are a major fundraiser for the tribe.
